Keus.nl helps you discover which career suits you through a free personality test. You can reach us via the contact details at the bottom of this page.

What data do we collect?

Keus.nl collects as little data as possible:

  • Session data — when you take the test, your answers are temporarily stored in a PHP session. This data is automatically deleted when you close the browser.
  • No accounts — you don't need to create an account and we don't ask for personal data such as name, email address or phone number.
  • No tracking — without your consent, no analytical or marketing cookies are placed.

Keus.nl uses the following types of cookies:

Functional cookies (always active)

These cookies are necessary for the website to function:

  • PHPSESSID — stores your session so the test works. Deleted when you close the browser.

Analytical cookies (after consent)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. This helps us improve the site.

  • Google Analytics places cookies to track visitor statistics
  • IP addresses are anonymised
  • Data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner or by adjusting your browser settings

Marketing cookies (future)

We currently do not place marketing cookies. Should this change in the future, we will ask for your consent in advance.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to gain insight into website usage, such as which pages are most visited and how visitors use the site. We have taken the following measures:

  • IP anonymisation is enabled
  • There is no data sharing with other Google services
  • Google Analytics is only loaded after explicit consent

Because we process very little personal data, most GDPR rights are not applicable. Nevertheless, you have the right to:

  • Object to the processing of your data

You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
