This food processor kneads and mixes dough and batter for cakes, (cup)cakes, pancakes, bread and much more with ease. You can also whip cream and egg whites stiff in no time. You operate the stand mixer with a rotary knob with 12 speeds.
3 attachments
This white standing mixer fits 3 attachments. A stainless steel whisk for beating, a cast iron dough hook for dough and a cast iron mixing hook, or 'bishop' for mixing batter. The stainless steel mixing bowl has a capacity of no less than 5 litres and is equipped with a transparent splash cover. The lid has a recess through which you can add ingredients while mixing. The light that shines in the bowl is handy so that you can always see how far your batter, dough or other preparation is.
Machine does the work
A stand mixer is ideal because it saves a lot of effort. Dough for bread, pizza or pasta requires a lot of muscle power to knead by hand. And batter for cakes, for example, requires beating and mixing for a long time, which is also quite tiring. With this food processor, you can do something else while kneading, mixing and beating; or nothing at all. All you have to do is put the ingredients in the bowl. The machine does the work.
Own function
The 3 attachments each have their own function. With the stainless steel whisk, you beat egg whites and/or whipped cream until stiff. The dough hook, which is extra robust because it is made of cast iron, is used for bread dough, for example, and with the bishop's hook, also made of cast iron, a kind of large spatula, you mix butter and sugar into a light mixture for cake, for example. The food processor stands firmly on any surface thanks to the non-slip feet with suction cups.
