Let me introduce you to the Diamond brothers: Tim and his little brother Nick. They want to be detectives. Tim is a bit dimwitted and therefore naturally the boss of the group. Nick is the brains behind the operation; he is smart, quick-witted and 14 years old. Their adventure begins when they are visited by a sweaty dwarf with a mysterious package under his arm. He asks if they can keep the package safe for a few days until he comes to pick it up again. When it turns out that the package contains the clue to a fortune in diamonds, the duo becomes dangerously popular with the wrong people.
