This intriguing film adaptation of the story surrounding the death of the legendary James Dean shows that there are many question marks to be placed about the car accident. The lives of a number of visitors to the town of Cholame take a radical turn when they visit the famous place where James Dean died. When they ask questions, they find themselves in a world where fiction and reality meet. Especially when a journalist (Linda Edmond) gets involved and it turns out that the influential Max (John Mahoney) has been carrying a terrible secret for 40 years.
